Placing an Order
Tyler Reid Productions offers numerous ways to place your order. You may submit an order request online via the form or you can contact us via email or phone to place your order that way. Visit our order page here to begin. Keep in mind that most orders require us to gather specific information from the client, so we normally contact our clients directly even if they used an online form.
Supported Payment Options
We accept cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Credit/debit card payments will have a 2.75% convenience fee added to the transaction. Credit/debit cards that we accept are Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
All order requests should be responded to within 3 business days with a price estimate.
Tyler Reid Productions is a self-employed business and still manages to create professional quality material. In most cases, a project can be completed in a few weeks. Sometimes even shorter. However, due to low staff, projects can sometimes take 2-3 months depending on the circumstances. Every project is different and we will be happy to assist you in getting a project done by a certain deadline if so needed. If you are unsure on whether we can finish a project by a certain date, just contact us with the details and we will be glad to assist you.
Refund Policy (General Projects)
We offer partial refunds if the customer is unhappy with the final project. If the customer is not satisfied with the project or if the project contains errors, imperfections, or inconsistencies with the request then we can fix these problems free of charge. If the customer no longer wishes to receive their project then a refund will be issued if requested within 7 days. However, any service charges/hourly charges can not be refunded. All cases are different and these policies are subject to vary depending on situations.
Refund Policy (Tech Support)
If a customer is completely unsatisfied with a service, then a partial refund can be issued. Full refunds will not be issued. The period to request a refund lasts 2 days starting after the date of completion. After 2 days have passed, a partial refund will not offered. Refunds are subject to the discretion of Tyler Reid Productions and if the service request was completed in good faith, Tyler Reid Productions may refuse a refund entirely.
Requesting a Refund
If you would like to request a refund, please contact us via email or phone in order to begin the process. Successful refunds can take anywhere from 7 to 14 days to complete. Refunds are subject to the time periods listed below. All time periods begin the day the customer receives the project.
Video Productions: 7 Days
Photo Production: 1 Day
Film/Slide Transfers: 7 Days
Tech Support: 2 Days
Web Design: No Refunds
